A tailor-made programme is created for each participant, which is designed to improve their skills, qualifications and confidence. Work is conducted through one-to-one coaching, group activities and discussions, work experience, external visits, and more. The participants achieve skills for life qualifications; obtain real experience and skills with work placements; improve fitness levels through daily sport activities; build confidence and motivation; and benefit from new innovative techniques for helping with concentration and positive thinking.
