That report was audited by independent auditors in accordance with applicable law and International Standards on Auditing (UK and Ireland). The financial statements of The Rangers Football Club plc for the year ending 30 June 2009 comprised the Consolidated Profit and Loss Account, the Group and Parent Company Balance Sheets, the Consolidated Cash Flow Statement, the Statement of Total Recognized Gains and Losses, the Note of Historical Cost Profits and Losses and notes on the accounts. Directors’ reports were also deemed consistent with the approved financial statements.
