Aston Villa FC management continually monitors the composition of the workforce and introduces positive action if it appears that the policy is not fully effective. The Club’s Equality and Diversity Policy consists of five main points: Procedure (commitment to being an equal opportunities employer), Discipline (a formal disciplinary procedure for employees found to be discriminating against another), Monitoring (to uphold Equal Opportunities Policy), Training (to highlight awareness of discrimination issues), and Positive Action (redressing an imbalance).
